Theodorsen Consulting helps our clients manage the complexities of employment, by providing advice, representation and practical help with employee relations issues.
We advise on general employee relations matters and represent our clients in proceedings before the Western Australian Industrial Relations Commission. We also assist clients in dealing with the new Federal industrial relations arrangements, including negotiating and lodging Agreements. Our approach to employee relations has the objective of achieving fair and flexible working arrangements that recognise the importance of a positive, co-operative relationship between employers and employees. Theodorsen Consulting Pty Ltd are registered Industrial Agents under Section 112 of the Industrial Relations Act 1979 and Section 101A of the Workplace Agreements Act 1993. |
