'Millennials have one foot out of the door' according to Deloitte survey

The Deloitte Millennial Survey 2016 has found that two-thirds of Millennials (persons born after 1982) would like to leave their current job by 2020, while only 16 percent see themselves with their current employer a decade from now.

In Australia, the survey results showed 46% of respondents would leave within 2 years if they had the choice, while only 19% would stay with their current employer more than 5 years.

The report warns, 'Businesses must adjust how they nurture loyalty among Millennials or risk losing a large percentage of their workforces.'
